Returns & Exchanges

Our return & exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.


📦 Returns

We only accept returns if the item received is misprinted, damaged, or defective.

Examples include:

  • Fabric defects (holes, stitching issues)
  • Print defects (peeling, cracking, misalignment)

To request a return, please contact us at support@gilrush.com with clear photo or video evidence.

Once approved, you may choose:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to your original payment method.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Issues caused by improper washing or care

Please review product details and care instructions before placing your order.


🔁 Exchanges

To request an exchange, please email support@gilrush.com with your order number and requested size.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Exchanges are only available for size changes of the same product
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.


📌 Additional Notes

  • Exchanges will be processed after the original item is returned and inspected
  • We do not offer exchanges for international orders
  • Shipping delays or carrier issues are outside of our control, but we will assist you if needed
